No Official Reason Given

While the details of the sale are public, the reason behind the Roshans’ decision to sell these properties has not been disclosed. News outlets reported that neither Hrithik Roshan nor Rakesh Roshan could be reached for a comment on the transactions.

This move is part of a series of recent real estate activities for Hrithik Roshan. In early 2025, he was in the news for renting out a commercial space in Mumbai’s Goregaon and renewing the lease for an office space in Pune, indicating he remains active in managing his property portfolio.
