Born in 1982 in Delhi, Roshni studied at Vasant Valley School. She later graduated from Northwestern University, USA, majoring in communications, and earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Before joining HCL, she worked as a producer with various companies. Her career took a major turn when she joined HCL Corporation, quickly rising to CEO and executive director.

In July 2020, Roshni became the chairperson of HCL Technologies, India’s leading global tech giant. She made history as the first woman to head a listed IT company in India.
