In a recent interview with News18, Rakesh Roshan shared why Salman could not be part of the documentary.

He said he reached out to Salman and wanted him to join. However, the superstar had his problems to deal with. “I did call him up but he was stuck in his problems and that’s why he couldn’t make it,” he explained. Rakesh added that Salman wished to participate but had to cancel at the last minute.

The Impact of Salman’s Absence

Rakesh Roshan noted that if Salman had attended, he could have shared great insights about his experience during the film Karan Arjun.

This film, starring both Salman and Shah Rukh Khan, is a beloved classic in Bollywood. Rakesh also mentioned he could potentially bring Salman and SRK together for another film if he finds a good story.

Salman Khan’s Upcoming Projects

On the work front, Salman Khan has recently wrapped up hosting Bigg Boss 18 on Colors TV. His next movie is titled Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss.

In this film, Salman will star alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, and others. The film is set to hit theatres on Eid 2025 and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
