Netflix’s One Piece Season 2 New Cast Members Announced! Who’s Joining the Adventure?

Netflix has announced new cast members for its live-action series One Piece Season 2. The show, based on Eiichiro Oda’s popular manga, has confirmed several new members to its cast.

Charithra Chandran, known for her role in Bridgerton, will play Miss Wednesday. Sendhil Ramamurthy plays Nefertari Cobra, the King of Alabasta. Katehil Sagal and Mark Harelik will portray Dr. Kureha and Dr. Hiriluk, respectively.

Who’s Returning?

The much-loved Straw Hat Pirates are back! Iñaki Godoy will return to his role as Monkey D. Luffy.

Joining him are Mackenyu, the skilled swordsman Zoro; Emily Rudd, the clever navigator Nami; Jacob Romero, the sharpshooter Usopp; and Taz Skylar, the charming chef Sanji.

New Faces Joining the Adventure

Season 2 introduces several new characters. In addition, Jamie Lee Curtis is in talks to play Doctor Kureha, a character eagerly anticipated by fans.

Other new cast members include Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, and David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3. These characters are part of the Baroque Works, a group of villains the Straw Hat Pirates will face.

Production and Release Details

Production on One Piece Season 2 has started in Cape Town, South Africa. The show is expected to be released in 2025, so fans have plenty of time to prepare for the new adventures.

The new season will cover the Arabasta arc from the manga, promising thrilling battles and new challenges for Luffy and his crew.
