Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana OTT Release: A Kannada dark comedy starring Diganth Manchale, wrapped up its theatrical run on July 10, 2025 after 25 successful days. The film also features Dhanu Harsha and Nidhi Subbaiah in important roles. Producer Rajesh Keelambi announced on social media that the movie will soon be available for streaming but did not name the platform initially.
A source has now revealed that Amazon Prime Video will host the film, expected to release on or before July 15, 2025. This comes after a gap, as few Kannada films have made it to Prime Video recently, the last being Ajai Rao’s Yuddhakaanda Chapter 2.

Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana is directed by Samarth Kadkol. The story revolves around Lohith (played by Diganth), a left-handed man who faces a series of bad luck because of his natural left-handedness. His troubles escalate when his friend Pooja (played by Nidhi Subbaiah) dies after falling from her apartment’s ninth floor. To avoid suspicion, Lohith sneaks into a neighboring flat but finds something worse than what he expected.
Dhanu Harsha supports Diganth with a strong performance. Meanwhile, Nidhi’s role is limited but important. The movie also features a special cameo by Nirup Bhandari, which many viewers have praised.
