Nagarjuna’s younger son Akhil Akkineni married his fiancée Zainab Ravdjee in a beautiful traditional Hindu wedding ceremony held on June 6, 2025, in Hyderabad. The couple, who had been dating for over three years, exchanged vows in an intimate yet elegant ceremony surrounded by close family and friends.
The wedding took place at the Akkineni family residence in Jubilee Hills, with a grander reception planned for Sunday at Annapurna Studios. This venue holds special significance for the family, as it was established by Akhil’s grandfather, the legendary Akkineni Nageswara Rao, and also hosted Naga Chaitanya’s wedding with Sobhita Dhulipala.
Star-Studded Guest List
The wedding witnessed the who’s who of the Telugu film industry in attendance. Prominent celebrities including Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Prashanth Neel, and cricketer Tilak Verma graced the occasion.
Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala actively participated in the celebrations, with viral videos showing Chaitanya dancing enthusiastically at the baraat ceremony.

Ram Charan arrived with his wife Upasana Konidela, while Chiranjeevi attended with his wife Surekha. The guest list also included political figures, as Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni personally invited Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Both Akhil and Zainab chose traditional Telugu wedding attire for their special day. Zainab looked stunning in a pastel ivory silk saree paired with exquisite diamond jewelry.
